It was slightly more than 20 years ago when I saw a huge, beautiful kitchen in a TV programme made for entrants. At that moment I knew that was the career, PROFESSION I was born to. I have become the ’CHEF’ with the help of my persistent work next to good masters and friends. I measured myself in national and foreign competitions as well. I won the National Championship then later 2 Silver Olympic Medals and in 2002 I won the Golden Medal in the World Championship in Luxemburg. In 2002 I became the youngest master chef in Hungary. A dream has come to reality when together with one of my national team mate we opened the restaurant Bagatell. I would like to create enjoyable moments for our customers by giving the best part of my knowledge, by a unique gastronomic experience and also by forming an enchanting interior which is so important for us.
